I have an account on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps. What happens to the cards, existing Reward points or EZ-Link Wallet in my accounts after I update to the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

An account synchronisation will take place. All your details and the travel cards registered in either app will be synced and will be reflected on the Enhanced SimplyGo app.
Can I still access my EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after I update to the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

Yes, you can still access your EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after you have updated to the Enhanced SimplyGo app. You will need to use the new login credentials you had confirmed during the account synchronisation.
