I have an existing account on both apps, but I have two different email addresses registered for both apps. What shall I do?

You will be asked to verify the email address registered on your EZ-Link account. After confirmation of the email address, the account synchronisation process will take place, and the email address will apply to both apps once completed.

Your two accounts are treated as two separate accounts on the Enhanced SimplyGo app. Whichever account you wish to access, you will need to log in accordingly.
