    Your two accounts are treated as two separate accounts on the Enhanced SimplyGo app. Whichever account you wish to access, you will need to log in accordingly.
  3. I have an account on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps. What happens to the cards, existing Reward points or EZ-Link Wallet in my accounts after I update to the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

    An account synchronisation will take place. All your details and the travel cards registered in either app will be synced and will be reflected on the Enhanced SimplyGo app.
  4. My existing SimplyGo app has been automatically updated to the Enhanced SimplyGo app. However, I do not wish to sync my accounts. Can I still use the two apps separately?

    You will be able to use the Enhanced SimplyGo app in Guest Mode if you do not wish to sync your account. For EZ-Link app, you may continue to access and use it as usual.   
  5. Can I still access my EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after I update to the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

    Yes, you can still access your EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after you have updated to the Enhanced SimplyGo app. You will need to use the new login credentials you had confirmed during the account synchronisation. 
  6. Can I still log in to the SimplyGo Portal with my SimplyGo account after updating to the Enhanced SimplyGo app and syncing my account?

    You will not be able to log in to the SimplyGo Portal after the update. The Enhanced SimplyGo app will serve as the go-to app for all your travel and ticketing needs.
