Why am I unable to access my existing account / create a new account with foreign mobile number on the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

Registration of the account would require a local number for verification purposes. Customers with foreign numbers holding a Card-Based Ticketing EZ-Link card or SimplyGo EZ-Link card may select “Use Guest Mode”, followed by the “Services” tab and use the “Scan card for details” function to check their travel card balance on their card.
