    No, you do not need to create a separate account on the EZ-Link app. You can enjoy the EZ-Link app features from the Enhanced SimplyGo app directly.

    You will be able to use the Enhanced SimplyGo app in Guest Mode if you do not wish to sync your account. For EZ-Link app, you may continue to access and use it as usual.

    You will be asked to verify the email address registered on your EZ-Link account. After confirmation of the email address, the account synchronisation process will take place, and the email address will apply to both apps once completed.
  7. My accounts on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps are tagged to different mobile numbers. What happens when I update?

    Your two accounts are treated as two separate accounts on the Enhanced SimplyGo app. Whichever account you wish to access, you will need to log in accordingly.
