  1. I have an existing account on both apps, but I have two different email addresses registered for both apps. What shall I do?

    You will be asked to verify the email address registered on your EZ-Link account. After confirmation of the email address, the account synchronisation process will take place, and the email address will apply to both apps once completed.
  2. My accounts on both the SimplyGo and EZ-Link apps are tagged to different mobile numbers. What happens when I update?

    Your two accounts are treated as two separate accounts on the Enhanced SimplyGo app. Whichever account you wish to access, you will need to log in accordingly.
  3. Can I still access my EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after I update to the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

    Yes, you can still access your EZ-Link account via the EZ-Link app after you have updated to the Enhanced SimplyGo app. You will need to use the new login credentials you had confirmed during the account synchronisation.

    An account synchronisation will take place. All your details and the travel cards registered in either app will be synced and will be reflected on the Enhanced SimplyGo app.

  7. Will the integration impact existing promotions or loyalty programmes associated with the EZ-Link app?

    There is no impact to existing promotions and loyalty programmes of the EZ-Link app. Current promotions / campaigns will continue on the enhanced SimplyGo app, and customer’s reward points will be automatically transferred.
  8. Should I use the EZ-Link app or the Enhanced SimplyGo app?

    Similar to other apps, once a user proceeds with the update, the process is irreversible and can no longer revert to the previous version.
